Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing both physical and occupational therapists so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Our practice contracts with most insurance companies. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your insurance plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement.

Therapy of Choice

It is your right to choose the therapy clinic of your choice. Sometimes your physician will recommend therapy at a particular sites, just let them know you wish to attend therapy at THC and we will work with their office.
