Mohinder P. Chawdhry, PT, MOMT
Mohinder graduated from the physcial therapy program in Kenya Africa. He came to this country with a hands on approach and earned his Masters degree and levell II towards his Doctroal with Ola Grimsby Program. Mohinder has had extensive post graduate training and experience in the treatment of orthopedic, neck and back rehabilitation. He is a master in spine care and provides the patients with his expertise with manual therapy techniques. He has attended countless continuing education programing increasing his knowledge and skills in treating patients.
Other areas of treatment are concentrated in the following:
- - Acute and Chronic pain.
- - Neurogenic and Musculoskeletal dysfunctions
Certified Provider for the "Mathenson" of Functional Capacity Evaluations
- New areas of emphasis now include
- - Foot and ankle related conditions
- - Balance / fall risk reduction assessment and training.
Mohinder is a co-owner of THC established in 1999. He has been a therapist for over 34years with a wide range of experince. He has provided therapy in the Battle Creek area for 19 years. In Lake Odessa he has had to oppurtunity to work for over 8 years. Mohinder enjoys attending church and community activities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family especially his 3 grandchildren. He doesn't like to ride horses but he helps his wife in caring for them daily as well as their 2 german shepards.
Kristy Penick, MSPT
Kristy joined THC in 2000, she has earned her masters degree from Grand Valley University in 2005. Kristy has taken several continued education courses involving MFR and holds a certificate in levels I & II . She offers her patients relief of pain and discomfort from restrictions from the fascia that restricts the muscles and joints.
Other areas of treatment are concentrated in the following:

Kristy enjoys her off time with her family and friends she is married with a new baby girl.
Glennda Chawdhry, RN, BSNH
Glennda is co-owner in THC. She has taken on multiple roles as the clinic requires. Working in the health field for over 30 years, she works with individuals and prepares supplemental herbal formulas. She has been slowly working towards creating "Making Healthy Choices" Shop. Keeping busy with the administration in running the clinic's daily functions. Glennda is a RN, with a degree in Natural health, she is trained and certified in MFR I & II along with unwinding in John Barnes approach and CranioSacral level I &l II through Upledger Institiute. with years of experience to provide treatment sessions to individuals privately and sent by physicians.
Glennda enjoys spending time for her husband and family and friends. When she is not working in the clinic you can find her in the barn spending time with their animals.
Sarah Oosterhouse, OTR
Sarah joined us as a PTA in 2002, she works in both B.C. & L.O. clinics. She went on to earn her masters degree from Western Unitversity in 2007. She works with both OT and PT patients providing care from orthopedic to pediatric.
She specializes in hand. wrist , elbow and finger injuries. Chronic pain in shoulder, neck, wrist, foot and ankle related conditions, as well as balance / fall risk reduction assessment and training. Sarah has worked closely with Mohinder in hands on approach, providing effective therapy in relief of pain and loss of motion. Sarah does home assessments for safety care.
Sarah is active in her church, she enjoys spending time with her family and keeps busy with her husband and small child. Sarah also enjoys various activities of running and horses, spending time with her family.
Eileen Miller, Office Manager
Eileen has been with THC full time since 2001. She has worked up in positions obtaining an understanding on how all the internal depts function. Eileen has gained an exceptional understanding in billing management and is THC's office manager. She has been a great asset to the company.If you have any questions about your insurance or billing, Eileen is the one who can answer them.
Eileen is married with 3 children. She keeps busy after work keeping up with all the acitivities that comes along with being wife and mother. She and her family enjoy showing their loyalty to Michigan State football team. In rare moments she enjoys quiet time reading a favorite book.
Traci Umali, PT
Traci joined THC in 2009 as a part timel therapist working primarily in the Lake Odessa clinic. She graduated from Loma Linda University. Traci is a busy lady keeping up with the needs of her husband and family of four children. . Traci is married with 4 children and spends alot of her time helping out in the substituting for the school that they attend.

Stacie Eckelbecker, PTA
Stacie joined THC in 2011, just graduating and passing her MI license. Currently she is working closely with our seasoned therapists to learn the the practice to learn how to provide the best possible care for our patients. Stacierecently married this fall. She and her husband live in Pennfield area where she is just a short distance from the clinic. We welcome Stacie to our Staff !
Laci Johncock, PTA
Laci joined THC in 2011, She just graduated and passed her MI license. Currently she is now working closely with Mohinder in our Lake Odessa Clinic as she becomes familiar with the the the practice she will be working primarily in our Lake Odessa Clinic.Laci is married and lives in Delton. We welcome Laci to our staff!
