 While we participate with several insurance carriers, it is not a guarantee that all plans cover outpatient therapy. Our office will call your Insurance plan to help you determine what coverage you may have.

      No Insurance? No problem. We can set up a payment plan that works for you & your budget.

 Once your Insurance Verification is established: After your benefits have been determined , and you will be set up for an initial evaluation appointment. Our friendly courteous  front office staff will assist you with your paper work and setting up your follow up  appointments

You will need to come in 15 minutes before your  initial appointment to fill out paperwork. After that you are ready to see the Therapist

Your initial evaluation will take at least one hour. Your therapist will conduct a complete evaluation that will examine multiple systems in order to best treat your condition. Subsequent visits usually last from 30 minutes to one hour. Your doctor and therapist will decide how often you may need to come to therapy. Typically, most patients come 2 to 3 times per week.

  Our goal is to see our patients within 24 hours after receiving a referral,  based and Insurance  authorization.

 Before you come in our office: For all individuals who need therapy we need to obtain a script for therapy from your physician and obtain  insurance verification. At that time we will pre register help determine if your insurance carrier covers physical/ occupational  therapy services.Thc is in network with many insucance carriers so it is important that you provide acurate information about the your policy, Call our office or your carrier to assure your plan covers Therapy
